This project targets a benchmark multinational resource and infrastructure group that has been deeply involved in the construction and mining industries in Australia, New Zealand, and South America for over 20 years. It specifically addresses three core pain points: multi-regional compliance adaptation, tolerance to extreme working conditions, and full-category supply guarantee. It provides a full range of medium and low voltage cable solutions covering mining and construction scenarios for its iron mines in Western Australia, copper mines in Chile, and construction projects in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

On the product side:
- mining rubber-sheathed flexible cables and mining control cables can be adapted to underground mining and automated control system scenarios, meeting strict requirements such as wear resistance, oil resistance, flame retardancy, and fire resistance.
- Low and medium voltage power cables and general wires for construction fully comply with local standards such as AS/NZS and are suitable for all scenarios including building power distribution and indoor wiring.
Meanwhile, in response to the special working conditions of high temperatures in the Australian deserts, strong ultraviolet rays on the South American plateaus, and large temperature differences between day and night, anti-UV stabilizers and low-temperature-resistant modified materials are custom-added, and tensile-strengthening cores are provided to comprehensively adapt to extreme environments.
The project has established a guarantee system of "32 full index factory inspections as well as combined sea & land transportation", achieving zero-defect intercontinental delivery within the agreed 16-week period.
24 months after commissioning, the overall product failure rate has been reduced by 75% compared with the previous period, helping the customer successfully pass local regulatory spot checks. The efficiency of building wiring has been increased by 40%, and the wiring time in mines has been shortened by 30%, significantly reducing operation, maintenance, and labor costs.
